14th of february is about spending your day with someone you love.

well both my dad's and my sis's plans came up for renewal around the same time and my dad said i could use one of htem to get a new hp!

he said the most he would top up was 100 so i had to pay the rest myself =P bye bye ang pow money.

anyway, i got the nokia 7610 supernova white (my second choice as my first choice n79 is apparently not available to singtel customers any more)

its workign out fine !! except maybe the slightly cramped smsing space as all the buttons are rather small. but hmm i think i'll get used to that in afew days.

what i'm not used to is my ringtone and sms alert =( my box didnt come with a usb cable so i can't transfer any songs into my hp just yet. have to figure out if i can try and wrangle out a cable from the store (i mean which hp box doesnt come with one =.=) or mayb just buy one off them.

anyway, this hp has very pretty themes! they're lightly animated and the one i have on now changes as the sun rises and sets from a dark pinkish purple to light pastel pink to dark pink to finally blue at night. (but most of hte time its pink :D ) and one other cool thing about this hp is the coloriser function which bascially lets u take a snap shot of anything and it will use the colours in the photo u took and integrate it into a theme of your choice (sadly there are only 3 themes and only one is nice to me) but it still is pretty fun, especially when i figure out how to download more themes.

camera is 3.2 megapixel, 0.2 better than my old one... and has double flash function which seriously just blinds people.

the thing i luv best about this phone is the size (palm sized!) the weight (oh so light!) and the color (white and purple! although pink would have been nicer or red even)

the thing i don't like is that it doesnt come with a cable =.= and the mirrored surface on the front which is soon to get finger-printed and scratched *touchwood* but yeah knowing me, touching any amount of wood is useless. oh and i absolutely HATE having to get the back casing off. it is so difficult. feels like i'm gonna wreck the phone and tear it into two instead =.=

other than that, i like it, especially aesthetically =)

well ppl, i got my wisdom teeth pulled out a couple ofdays ago.

the surgery itself wasn't all that painful but it sure was scary. with the drills and the hammering and the breaking of my tooth into 4 pieces. and the taste of blood flowing down my throat everytime my mouth filled up with drool.

i'm ashamed to admit that i was literally shaking in the dentist chair for the most part of the 1 hr surgery.

yesterday i looked like a really fat pufferfish that only inflated itself on one side. today i look a not so fat pufferfish =) still lopsided

and i've been surviving on oatmeal and porridge for the past 2.5 days and the left side of my mouth feels and tastes funny.

i'm sick of eating 7 .. . wait no now 6 pills every 6 hours and having to pee all the time (coz of the porridge and all the drool that accumulates for god noes what reason)

but at least i get to stay home the entire week and read all my readings and miss classes for modules that i dun have exams or tests for =P

if u see me when i get back to school u can ask me to show u a pic i took of my face yesterday . . (if you want to laugh at me like my sister and my mom does each time they look at me)
